Great golf, tennis, bocce, fine dining, shopping, working out at the gym, or relaxing by the pool! Two bedroom, two bath Spring Run condo in Bonita Springs just a few miles north of Naples in the award winning community at the Brooks in southwest Florida. Developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group, Spring Run is a gated country club community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72, professionally designed by Gordon Lewis with five tees available for all levels of players, and plays from 4,466 to 6,989 yards. The course is a certified Audubon sanctuary.
Our condo is a non-smoking, pet free, second floor condo with an outstanding view of the fifth green. The 14 foot vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom provide a very relaxing, comfortable and open space. New furniture, new wood and ceramic floors, new granite counters, upgraded cabinets, and fresh paint make this the one to consider! It includes all the amenities you would expect from a golf community residence. This home away from home includes Blue Stream HD cable TV with whole home DVR, and wireless high speed internet!
The large living and dining area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the green and fairway. It has leather reclining sofa and love seat, and a new 60” Sony LED Smart TV. A ceiling fan provides additional comfort. The living area has a three-pane, 12-foot glass slider that opens all to one side onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view the fairway and green.
The master bedroom which also overlooks the 5th green and fairway, has a luxurious mattresses with adjustable frames, ceiling fan, and a new 40” Sony LED TV. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and private bath featuring double sinks and over-sized walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, located in the front of the unit has twin beds, ceiling fan, a new 32” Samsung LED TV, and an additional full bath.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, with breakfast nook and seating for four and also includes counter seating. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, new gleaming granite counter tops, new ceramic tile floors, built-in microwave, dishwasher, raised breakfast bar, full-size washer and dryer, and recessed lighting.
Enjoy the heated pool/spa which is very close to the unit, along with several newly resurfaced tennis courts, multiple pools and a beautiful clubhouse with fitness center, pro shop, bar, and full service restaurant and private country club. Spring Run Country Club holds many functions throughout the season for residents and renters. The clubhouse administration office will have postings and information for these functions.

Wonderful

Mikes condo is beautiful and well maintained and in a perfect location. Coconut Point Mall is 5 minutes. Promenade restaurants are 7 minutes. The pools here at spring run are wonderful and we’ll kept. The grounds are beautiful. We love riding our bikes and going for walks here. We enjoyed our stay here and our host was perfect.

Great condo with awesome golf

Our stay at Spring Run was a lot of fun. My brother, a friend and I rented the condo as a way to escape the northeast winter. We stayed ~5 weeks, working during the day and golfing whenever we could. It worked out great. The Spring Run golf course is awesome - we played at least 10 times and it never got old. There are also many courses within 20-30 minutes of the community. Michael was super helpful before/during our stay, always responding to our questions quickly. Overall we had a ton of fun and hope to come back in the future. Thanks again for having us.

We love Spring Run

This is our second year staying at Spring Run and it was even better than the first year which was great.The golf course was a year more mature than the first year and has really come into its own. The people there are very friendly and welcoming to both my wife and myself and really made us feel at home. That is not the case in some properties where you can be made to feel like an intruder. The property itself is very well maintained and landscaped with beautiful dining areas and good food. We attended game nights each week and again were made welcome by our neighbors. You couldn't ask for a better experience than we had and are looking forward to next year. The unit we rented from Mr. Valenti was sparkling clean on our arrival with well stocked kitchen and high end TV and cable connections.

April at Spring Run

This was our second year of renting this unit at Spring Run and it was even better than last year which was excellent. The unit was sparkling clean as we expected and was comfortably furnished and adequately supplied with bedding, dishware etc. The golf course is very nice and challenging and the people we met and played with were wonderful. My wife played MahJong and I golfed and we had a wonderful time and are looking forward to next year.

We have had a bad experience with this rental. We arrived to a very dirty unit, apparently no one cleaned it and no one checked to see if it was cleaned prior to our arrival. There were few cleaning supplies so we had to buy. It took us a day and half to clean the condo. We had several repairs that had to be made to the unit, and this took 18 days of our first month. The maintenance man was unavailable as he works and is older and has had a health issues. He was unable to fix one of the toilets so we had to turn on and off the water or it would run all day and night and keeps us awake as it was the master bath right off the master bedroom. The smoke alarms that are 14 feet up as it is a high beam ceiling went off in the middle of the night two nights and we had no way to get to them. After letting the maintenance man know and he not being able to come out for 4 days we had to pay to have the maintenance man from Spring Run fix them for us. The bathtub had a running leak, but that got fix. The garbage disposal was stuck and again we had to wait. The couch is very uncomfortable and since this unit has high ceilings and no carpet it is cold and echos There are too many more things to add ,so my recomendations is not to rent until the owner considers the comfort of his renters. his unit is the same price as much nicer ones in Spring Run.

I always wanted a place in Florida on a great golf course; now I have one! I have family in Fort Myers, and really love this area. It's close enough to everything and offers a nice place to golf, workout, walk, socialize, go to the beach, shop, or just relax.

What makes this property unique

The 14' ceilings and the view of the course drew me to this unit. It was basic when I bought it. With the help of my wife, my daughter, and a very talented contractor, we have made this a special place that we enjoy. We know you will too!
