Suncadia was currently under construction during our stay. Due to the all unit remodel, the balcony was not available to use and needed to be finished during our stay as well. Because of the inconvenience, they offered to put us in a different suite for the rest of our stay. It was very accommodating and provided amazing communication.

Worst rental I have ever stayed in!!! Please do not be tricked by the pretty pictures. We visit Suncadia often and have stayed in many different condos and this is one we will NEVER revisit. Many things advertised were broken. Washer was locked shut and broken. From other reviews I can see it's been broken for months. There was no prior communication about this. The bathtub is not functional and spray water all over when you turn it on. Communicated with host about these issues, was promised someone would come out but they never did. Condo is showing lots of wear with molding falling off, scrapes on walls and general dirtiness. The bed is very uncomfortable and squeaks as others noted. The couch is very uncomfortable as well. The convection over does not work to make full meals as it's small. Don't plan on cooking due to this. No real oven is in this unit. Not enough towels for our stay had no want was them since the washer was broken. I'm most disappointed by the host making promises to have someone come by and they never did. One thing that I didn't know when booking was that they change a 1k damage deposit! That's even more than the whole stay cost us. So ridiculous and NOT mentioned until virtual check in process. Host gave me a VERY small refund but still wasn't worth how uncomfortable this unit is. This is my first time writing a review like this but it's warranted based upon the issues with this stay. BEWARE and do not rent this until unless u r okay with the above!!!

Nice sized one bedroom villa with a great view. Unfortunately, when we arrived just after check-in time, the unit had not been cleaned. The Host responded quickly to bring in a cleaning crew, but it was still a couple of hours before we could fully occupy the unit. Additionally, even though the cleaning crew did a good job quickly cleaning, the unit really needs thorough deep cleaning. As the reviewer from the previous month noted, the floors were sticky and needed good scrubbing, particularly the bathroom and kitchen. Also, the shower needs scrubbed to remove mold. The toilet was also a problem with a small leak that required a handyman to come in and caulk it. Additionally, the living room middle window blind is missing. So, when the sun gets low it shines straight in at this time of year. The unit has a great location, being in the Lodge with access to the pool and restaurant, as well as steps away from the new Suncadia Social shops with a grocery store, coffee shop, and soon some new restaurants.

The room is beautiful and had great views although the bed was very annoying, every tiny move is met with a very loud squeaking. The robes were stained with yellow looking sweat and crunchy stuff was still on them from the previous visitors. The bathroom floor was sticky and I had to clean it before we would walk on it and it appeared dirty. The washer/dryer could not be used as it was stuck locked. Great trip we loved the location of the room and it was well decorated, mostly clean and comfortable.
