The perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, sand, and surf. This newly remodeled 4th-floor condo is ideally located in Bonita Springs, just two miles from beautiful Barefoot Beach. You can hop on the complimentary shuttle for a carefree ride to the shore, or stay close and enjoy the large resort-style pool and the Groggy Frog, our seasonal Chickee Bar.

Great condo with everything you need! The two pools on site were amazing with a poolside bar. Lisa was great to work with and very responsive. We had a wonderful beach getaway!

The condo is beautiful and comfortable just as pictured. Bonita Village is lovely and close to the beach and several of our favorite restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the tiki bar. We felt very welcomed by the staff and other guests. We also appreciated the shuttle bus to the beach, the elevator and parking in a covered parking lot with a designated space. We hope to return next year.

Nicely updated fourth floor unit. Especially liked the primary bedroom and bath. Kitchen is well equipped. This is very close to being a five star unit.This unit overlooks the quieter smaller pool, not the one with the noisy waterfall, which makes for quieter time on the porch balcony except that there is construction going on in a seven story unit adjacent to the pool that results in varying levels of construction noise during the day.
