Easy check in. Any concerns I had, the host, Sylvia took care of quickly or helped me find what I missed. She was very kind! My kids loved the patio furniture too! I recommend this to anyone traveling with kids on a family adventure. Or a group a friends needs a place to stay.

Stayed with family for Halloween Horror at Universal. Close to Universal Studios and Disney. Fast and professional communication with host. Easy to find, easy to check in/out. Super clean place. Secure/safe location. Well maintained. Very spacious house in every room, could sleep 6-8 comfortably. More amenities than thought like coffee, extra towels and pillows. Advertised as pet friendly but no pet odors noted. Will stay there again for travel to Universal Studios or Disney land. The host is amazing!

Keycode did not work at all. Had to find a super late last minute alternative that cost alot more stress panic and money! Late at night too!!! Host never answered.

I have already communicated with you immediately after my flight landed that I was on an international flight with no Wi-Fi access and that’s why I could not receive or respond to your message. I have provided you the electronic access code that should have worked as it always have worked with past guests. I am sorry that you had this experience but I am disappointed with your review even though I have explained to you the situation and fully refunded your Stay. You never went inside my house and you gave it a 2 star as if you did and that is not ok

This place was great! It was exactly what we needed. The location is safe and convenient and the house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was quickly responsive to all my questions. Will definitely stay again if we return to the area.
