Unwind in The Villages at this marvelous house. This light-filled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located near the new Eastport Town Square. All new furniture and linens and an open floor plan make this a comfortable retreat after a busy day exploring all the activities The Villages has to offer. The beautiful enclosed lanai is heated and air-conditioned for your year-round pleasure! With the options of screens or glass you can enjoy early morning coffee sips or evening glasses of wine without worrying about bugs or the weather. The master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in Roman shower with dual sinks and two walk-in closets. The two stylish guest bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds for your visitors. There are ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen has a large eat-in island that opens to a spacious dining room and living room. Multiple upgrades feature luxury plank flooring, ceramic tile, plush carpeting and quartz countertops throughout. The large cement patio adjacent to the lanai is perfect for basking in the Florida sunshine. There is a large two car garage that has been stretched so you can fit most pick-up trucks or large SUV's inside. To respect our neighbors, no loud music or big parties please. Enjoy a luxurious, comfortable retreat after a fun day of activities at The Villages!

Why they chose this property

We are close to two pools and Recreation Centers and also the new Eastport Town Square. Shopping, restaurants, beautiful natural areas, golf, and walking paths are all close by. Come and check out all the activities The Villages has to offer!

What makes this property unique

We are in a great location in a quiet, low traffic neighborhood. Our house is very comfortable. We especially love our lanai and we use it all the time!
