Historic Home 5 Min to Downtown!

Unwind in this cozy historic home only 5 minutes from the downtown area! Easy access to the highway and plenty of car parking in our extended driveway. The whole property is surrounded by a wrap around fence for privacy with lots of room for outdoor entertainment on the beautiful wooden back patio! All 3 of our rooms are spacious with high ceilings and plenty of closet storage. Enjoy our open floor plan with our 6 seater dining table and our game room / music room. We can't wait to host you!

Host was long delay to no response at all. The property was way less than desirable and amenities were almost none besides a working washing machine. The refrigerator didn't cool. We had to purchase batteries for the remotes and still only 1 worked. The pool table had one working stick with no proper chalk or tips. The surrounding neighborhood was directly by a bus stop that rattled windows day and night. We left in less than 24hrs after buying everything from towels to trash bags trying to make it work. But the lack of response for a day on the fridge and then responding we might be able to get someone out that day. Well that was enough. We had to spend an additional 1200 on a hotel for the remainder of vacation. Informed them and yet to hear anything from them or vrbo representatives trying to get a response.
We had to search for towels to find these. We bought new ones

Overall the property was good but we did have a few things that needed to be addressed but could not get a response from property manager. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink. The refrigerator was not working but was told it would be repaired during our stay but no one showed up. The shower and the house floors needed to be cleaned. The back patio was covered in leaves.

My baby walked the whole house and when I looked at the bottom of her feet they were black from the dirt. Counted 3 dead big roaches in different areas of the house Refrigerator wasn’t working.Checked out the next day due to inconvenience. Host promised refund and had to go through VRBO to get it. Host never communicated back regarding the refund.
