Located within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. The spacious floor plan has a beautiful open concept kitchen and living room, a deck to enjoy watching the sunset on the Pacific Ocean, a private two-car garage, and a great outdoor space to enjoy time outside entertaining, this town-home is family-friendly!
