This home was perfect for a long term stay for our family of 4. The home could fit 6-8 easily. For the price, it felt like a steal considering the open kitchen, large counter, upgraded appliances and pool. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Our host, Owen was always quick to respond and very very accommodating with random things and at random times. His responsiveness and care for the guests in his home will make this a place we would look forward to returning to in town. Home came with lots of kitchen cooking equipment, board games, and space for hosting!

Our host was too cool from the start. Responded more rapidly than anticipated. Provided time for online Q&A between both. Completely, flexible and accommodating as needed which fortunately was nada !!! This was a family road trip to from Pasadena, CA to Surprise, AZ for a sunny DODGER spring training game with familia. He was not only available he was engaged of our every need & question. The property was, well best way to describe WELCOMING!!! Although it was a AZ spring game with temps at 92 daytime the pool was a little chilly but so worth hoping in after a HOT spring Dodger Spring training game. Appreciated the flexibility of a family gathering… Grandkids gave a Super 10 out of 10 … not many folks even know of Surprise, AZ but this is one go to hidden gem
