This charming property offers plenty of space for all guests. Such an amazing place to relax, fish, swim, and enjoy a boat ride. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Toledo Bend and our house has to offer.
Just a few minutes away from South Toledo Bend State Park. Toledo Bend Resort located a few minutes away if need to use ramp for boat. This 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms home is perfect for your next family vacation fishing trip or weekend getaway. At the wharf, there are 2 boat docks with lifts. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the 2nd story wrap around porch looking out to the lake.

The Space:

Indoor living: Upstairs level includes 6 bedrooms: 5 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 sofas in living room, Large Smart TV, dining table with 8 seats, counter with 4 seats, and Keurig coffee maker.
Lower level includes 1 queen bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, laundry room with washer and dryer.

Outdoor Living: 2nd story offers a covered wrap around porch. Covered downstairs patio with propane grill. Outdoor furniture on upper level porch. In yard, there is a fire ring with chairs. Deck on wharf is spacious for lounging or fishing.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place all bagged garbage in trash bags and place in wooden bin trashcans behind home. Unbagged trash will incurred a starting $100.00 fee. Do NOT leave garbage bags on porch overnight due to animals.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Place garbage bags in wooden trash bin located in back of house. Loose trash in trash bins will be charged $100.00 fee.

Exterior security cameras are present on property.

While our property is near the water, guests must bring their own life vests as we do not provide them, this includes if using kayaks.

We had a great Mother's Day here with my family of 12 and a half!! Layout of the house was perfect, and everyone enjoyed having their own space. We had everything we needed in and out of the house and was very happy with the location as well. There were two gas/bait/hot food stores within 5 miles of the house, and a Dollar General as well, which was a nice surprise for us to grab the few items we needed. House was well stocked and extremely cozy, with enough seating for all inside and outside. Access to gas BBQ pit, gas cooker, games, and kayaks were much appreciated. We really enjoyed having such a large fishing area without having to take a boat out, and also having a little beach area as well for the younger ones to play in the water. For those who did bring boats, we had easy access to a launch a mile away. Communication with host and owner was quick and easy. We would definitely rent this house again. :-)*Disclaimer: Only problem we had was an animal got into the trash cans outside and made a big mess. (100% OUR FAULT! I DID NOT CHECK IT AFTER SOMEONE BROUGHT TRASH OUT ONE EVENING. It is very hard to get the trash cans out of the "cage" they built to put them in so make sure it is closed/locked up properly every night if you don't wanna deal with this!! Although we had already taken care of it, the owner was sweet to let me know about it and not just charge us the extra fee.
