Our host was incredibly responsive and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even received and put away our grocery order since we arrived on Christmas Day - such a thoughtful and helpful touch. The location was fabulous, and despite a few minor house quirks, we had a wonderful vacation in Marco.

I believe the host is new or does not seem to care about welcoming their guests. There was no instruction pamphlet. I had to make numerous calls to her for instructions on basic questions. The grill was filthy and out of gas. I contacted Kristin about both gas tanks being empty. She suggested I go to Ace hardware to fill one. I asked her to handle it. She stated she could not due to she was not in town. Another issue is a two hour time limit on the use of the hot tub. Ten guests should not be restricted to two hours per day use of the hot tub. I believe the house is not worth the money. Kristin was not helpful.

Hot tub was heated per their request from 6-8 pm that they messaged me when they checked in with the hours they specifically wanted.If they wanted more time they should have easily asked. Guest did not follow house rules and was hostile with their messages. Would not recommend this renter. Instruction pamplet is electronic as most are with VRBO.
