Relax with friends or the whole family at our peaceful oasis. Salty air, ocean waves, sandy beaches… just a short walk away. A resort-style villa with a top floor location in one of the quieter corners of the resort. No unwanted sounds from above!
24/7 guard gate, security cameras, parking, premium tennis, numerous indoor and outdoor swimming pools, scenic boardwalk beach access, fitness areas, and free shuttle directly to the beach.
Indoor swimming and entertainment in Building 3 via the covered walkways when weather doesn't cooperate!
Close enough to enjoy a view of the ocean from the bedroom windows! Updated appliances & furnishings.
Guests are given passes at the resort entrance on the day of check-in. Pass codes for condo will be emailed within 48 hours of stay.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Empty all trash containers and take to the dumpster. The closest dumpsters are located by Building 1 and behind Building 2
Make sure coffee pot is turned off and emptied
Leave beds unmade so cleaning staff will know to change the linens
Leave dirty towels and washcloths in the bathtubs
Set thermostat to 77 degrees in the summer months, 64 degrees in winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Welcome to our home away from home! We are located in Greenville, SC, but we come down to Hilton Head frequently when we don't have guest reservations keeping us from doing so. We purchased our condo in 2025 and we are slowly remodeling and making updates for your enjoyment, including new mattresses for two of the beds.
Why they chose this property
We chose Hilton Head Resort because it is quiet and safe- one of the few resorts in Hilton Head that has 24/7 security. We are also unique in that we have an on-site bar and restaurant, as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming areas. Our resort shuttle will happily take you straight to the beach if you don't feel like taking a short scenic walk.
