OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Must be 25 years of age, ID to be provided within 24 hours of booking

• Standard rate covers 6 guests. Additional guests are $25/person per night. Please confirm guest count when booking to avoid penalties.

• Entry and interior stairs (not ideal for those with mobility issues)

• No pets due to severe allergies ($500 fine and possible eviction without refund)

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• No smoking or drug use anywhere on the property ($500 fine and possible eviction without refund)

• No events, parties, or extra guests ($500 fine and possible eviction without refund)

• Backyard backs onto a steep greenbelt — children should be supervised, and adults can venture at their own risk

• You may spot local wildlife (squirrels, deer… maybe even a rare bear!)

• Insects are a part of PNW nature — keep doors/windows closed to prevent them from joining you inside

**About the Reservation**

• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.

• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may fluctuate daily. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
