Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before You Go: Place trash in the outdoor bins (if possible). Load the dishwasher — we’ll run it after checkout. Leave linens on beds and used towels in the bathtub. Set thermostat to 72°F.
Lock the utility room door and front keypad door. Turn off all lights except the porch light. Check under beds, in closets, and drawers for personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have a 0 glitter policy in our unit. If guests are found to have used glitter while staying in the unit they will be charged an additional $500 fee

Great location, close to downtown Orlando, great restaurants, bars, shopping close by and easy access to I-4. The unit was clean, comfortable and pretty much anything else that you would need was provided. The neighborhood is clean, safe and quite.

We enjoy biking the various bike trails Central Florida has to offer, heading to the beach on the weekends and just enjoying our local community. We love hosting guests whether they are staying with us for a night or the whole month - we have curated a home away from home for all to enjoy as they visit and explore everything Orlando, "the City Beautiful", has to offer.
