This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkan’s best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens. The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town center with its shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs.
