The villa is positioned on its own private plot, elevated slightly above the sea with a backdrop of pine and olive trees on the rear hillsides and a upper terrace. To the front of the villa, the gardens are mature, trees and flowering plants as they gently roll down towards the sea.

The main garden which is fenced off to the front and side, encompass a large huge flowing travertine terrace area that offers a private kidney shaped infinity swimming pool with submerged seating. Kalkan is situated around 2 beautiful bays, Kalkan and Kalamar, located approximately 3-hours East of the modern city of Antalya and 80km West of the busy harbour town of Fethiye, therefore, visitors usually fly into the international airport of Dalaman for shorter transfer time to the resort.

Located in one of Kalkan's prestigious areas of Kisla, which sits to the left of Kalkan bay a little further down from Komurluk, home to some wonderful properties that sit rather close to the sea and with the areas most popular beach club also tucked away on this side of the bay.
