The riverfront access leads further down river to a lake. Including: 4 kayaks, 2 large rec rooms in bonus building & walkout basement, fire pit, gorgeous deck, 3-seasons porches, basketball hoop, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, 2 large TVS, & pickleball net. This is 6 doors down from an enormous bar & grill with patio overlooking water. This peaceful home with bonus bunk room above garage rec room has something to offer everyone. Perfect for large groups and family gatherings, retreats. *** For groups above 15, an additional cleaning fee will apply to account for excess laundry, amenities, and wear n tear. ***. Our family of 16 stayed here. We really enjoyed the area, the house and all the game activities. The kayaks were a big success. Plenty of room for all of us.
