About this property

Modern A-Frame Minutes to Cooperstown & Dreams Park NEWLY RENOVATED

6 night maximum in June/July/August, rental availability dates will align to the Dreams Park tournament weeks (exact date ranges listed below for 2027, stays cannot overlap or extend into adjacent weeks).

Welcome to Fernwood! Our charming A-frame house sites on 10 acres of peaceful woodland only 1.5 miles from downtown Cooperstown, Fernwood is the best of both worlds. Minutes away from Main Street's shops, restaurants and the Baseball Hall of Fame, it's the perfect oasis to return to after a busy day.

The space:
A warm and modern interior design with modern touches throughout. A bedroom with a twin+double bunk on the ground floor, along with a full bathroom, living space, and washer/dryer. The second floor (also accessible through a secondary kitchen door entrance) has a new kitchen, breakfast nook beside bay windows, dining table, living room, access to the deck, bedroom with a queen bed, and full bathroom with a bath tub. The third floor is the master suite with exposed beams, a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with heated floor. Fall asleep to the stars under the skylights and step onto your private balcony in the morning.

Relax on the large deck, at the firepit or hike the popular Star Field trail by walking to the trailhead located just down the road.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Place used towels and sheets in the laundry room. Clean all dishes, utensils, and pans.

Empty all trash and place it in the bins at the top of the driveway. IMPORTANT: Make sure the lids are secure to prevent animals from getting in.

Please leave the house as clean as you found it. Not a rule but a request, as this helps to keep everything clean, please remove your shoes when you come in from outside and leave them at the door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
