Serin Ev, which translates as “Cool House”, is a stunning 5 bedroom house in the Komurluk area of Kalkan. Serin Ev is situated approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it’s water sports facilities.

This exquisite contemporary style house fully exploits its stunning position and views with floor to ceiling windows and doors which open back fully to let the outside in and create a magnificent atmosphere of light, air and space.

The house has a very large outside pool terrace with shaded eating and seating areas, stone BBQ, sun loungers/beds and table tennis table. The pool is heated (extra charge applies) for the cooler months at the beginning and end of the summer season.

The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedded room and shower room. The living room is equipped with a large flat screen and DVD player. There is also wifi internet connection.

On the first floor there are two impressive master bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and private balconies with stunning panoramic views. On this floor there is also a further large bathroom and a twin bedded room with small side balcony.

Take another flight of stairs to the top floor and you will find another twin bedded room and large bathroom. This floor also opens onto a stunning roof terrace with comfy seating which is the perfect place to lie back and watch the stars.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Serin Ev has a separate TV lounge complete with sound system and comfy sofas. Perfect for youngsters and those looking for ‘time out’ from the sun.
