The location was ideal, as we were there for house hunting for our relocation. It was clean, neat and comfortable. We arrived just before thanksgiving, so the seasonal rates and demand in this area were high. We had some small issues that the owner was quick to respond to. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting the East Valley. It offers easy access to main freeways to all points of interes in the Phoenix area.
