More Space for Larger Groups
This is Unit 2 in a two-unit building. If you’re traveling with a bigger group, you can book both sides of the building together to sleep up to 10 guests.
And if you need even more room, our property also includes a second building with two 1BR/1BA units (each sleeps 4). When booked in advance, you can reserve all 4 units to host up to 18 guests — perfect for family gatherings, wedding parties, or group trips.

Living Room: Comfy sofa (pulls out for extra sleeping) + smart TV for movie nights.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating for 4. We’ve made sure you’ll have everything from a coffee maker to wine glasses.

Bedroom 1: King bed + smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + closet & accent chair.

Bathrooms: Two full baths (one with tub/shower combo, one with soaking tub).

Laundry: In-unit washer & dryer.

Outdoor Patio: A quiet spot to sip your morning coffee or evening wine.

We’re right on a main road for quick access, and still just a short walk to all the charm of downtown Dunedin — shops, restaurants, and the waterfront.

Unit 2’s entrance and courtyard are tucked back from the road, giving you extra privacy. You’ll also have a back-alley entrance that makes walking into town even easier.

A Note About Construction
Dunedin is growing, and we’re excited about the improvements happening all around town. One of our neighbors is currently working on a construction project, which reflects that growth.
That does mean there may be some construction activity during the week at the lot next door. Most of our guests still enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay, but we want you to be aware before booking.
