• Living room: Full sleeper sofa - Roku TV
Accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably.

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn Things Off:
Turn off all lights, fans, and TVs.
Ensure firepit is turned off fully.
Set AC to 78 or heat to 68.
Trash Day:
Trash is picked up Tuesday morning. The cans must be set out on Monday or prior to your departure.
Other:
Cover the firepit and put away all games in the shed prior to departure. In case of heavy rain, please bring outdoor furniture cushions inside shed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
