This spacious 2-bed, 1-bath apartment is the perfect getaway for those seeking sun, surf, and relaxation. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing before strolling over to the beach or bay for a day of fun in the sun. Enjoy one dedicated parking space, a full kitchen, high speed WiFi and beach essentials. We have just what you need for the perfect getaway

With its unbeatable location and charming ambiance, our place is sure to make your vacation unforgettable.

2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath:

- We have a pack n' play travel crib always at the listing for your use. A regular crib, as well as other baby gear, is available to rent from a third party company for an additional fee. Just reach out and we're happy to refer you over!

Guests have access to the entire second floor unit with no shared spaces. There is another unit below that is separate.

Other things to note
Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do have ceiling fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Mission Beach.

Guests must climb stairs, as the unit is on the second floor.

Please be aware that the neighboring building is undergoing a construction project through spring 2025. Work may take place Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and some noise may be heard during these hours.

The pictures do not depict how large it is. Very spacious for 4 people. View was amazing and the ocean breeze just flowed into the living room. I could hear the waves. It was so peaceful!The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, dish-ware, lots of glasses for every occasions-even cocktails! ( I don’t drink alcohol-but I was impressed they provided a nice variety of speciality glasses.) They have insulated sports cups! They had snap ware for leftovers. It was nicely decorated with a big screen tv!Something to consider…The stairs are a bit steep, but there are handrails. Well worth the effort to climb the stairs for the view!Also, a Chevy Suburban does not fit in the parking spot. We had to park on Mission Street. We were able to find parking relatively close. There were 2 nice boogie boards, sand toys and a large ice chest. Management was very responsive when I had a question.I highly recommend this rental! Highly recommend this location! One house away from the beach!There was a heat wave and the bedrooms were quite warm. I asked for an extra fan and within an hour an extra fan was delivered.
