Location doesn’t get better for accessing Camp Watercolor and Publix! The open layout downstairs was great for our young kids. If you enjoy cooking, this property would be challenging. The kitchen equipment could use a refresh in general and we felt wasn’t outfit with some basic cooking items and not enough of other items. This is very niche but the registration process (only made available once you have arrived) to access the EV golf cart is very tedious and time consuming; we’ve rented several homes in this community and along 30A, none of which required such a difficult process in order to use the golf cart.
