Just 5 minutes from Sunnyside and 10 minutes from Tahoe City. In the summer, explore miles of scenic hiking and biking trails right from your doorstep then come home, kick off your boots, and let the hot tub melt your worries away

This light-filled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin is the perfect group getaway, offering beautiful views, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas designed for connection and relaxation.

Gather around the open fireplace in the cozy sunken living room, or head out to the private patio where you can soak in the hot tub under the stars. Whether you’re cooking a group meal, exploring nearby trails, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air, this home offers the perfect balance of peace and adventure.

You will have access to the whole house except for the garage and two closets.

The Alpine peaks area is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We are up in the mountains while still being close to all amenities.

We have parking for one car in the driveway.
We also have 2 spots available across the street.

Cell reception in the area can be patchy.

10% Transient Occupancy Tax collected upon arrival.

Highly recommend 4x4 vehicles in the winter. The roads and our driveway can become icy when it snows.
