Need an a place to stay last minute and lucky for us this house was available and they got back to us very quickly. The house exceeded our expectations and was absolutely adorable and has so much charm. If we are ever back up in this area, we would 100% stay here again.

It was a nice stay for one night. Big windows, large beams, cozy atmosphere Bathrooms could use some work. There were two bathtubs, one even a Jacuzzi tub, but neither of them were usable as the drain plugs were inoperable. Showers only. The door to the master bedroom bathroom sticks, and my daughter had a bit of a freak out when she got stuck in the bathroom🤦 Oh, and one of the toilets is improperly installed as it rocks back abruptly once sat upon.The whole house could have been cleaner. It is an older house that has had a little bit of a facelift, but you can still see some wrinkles. It's nice, could be nicer. For the price we paid, I expected a little better. I appreciated having enough room for my family of 5 to spread out and enjoy. The walking trails across the street made for a nice morning walk, and even got in a game of large jenga with my daughter which was nice.

She was our first ever. I broke my first rule and she wanted to have 12 people in a house that fit 6. She ruined my brand new quilt and she complained about not being to use the laundry room so she can wash all her 12 people of 3 days worth of laundry. She had no issues other then an Unchristian women who didn’t see the before and after the 125k I spent on the home. The minor details that she seem to blatantly point out out of spite not thinking of a person who spent her life savings to be able to come home to visit my elderly mom on a regular basis who lives on the same street a block away. This house is exceptionally made and one of a kind home in Salina. Please don’t let this women take away from the quality and craftsmanship of this home. Thank you for your consideration

Great stay! We had a wonderful family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and dog friendly! We were able to utilize the grill easily. The backyard was great for the family to hang out and play games. Easy access to Indian Rock & the river. Jenny was a very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend this house!
