Lovely 3 Bedroom, walkable to Sumter Landing Square
We named our home Southern Winds. This beautiful spacious, 3 bedroom property is an easy walk to Sumter Landing where you can enjoy dinner and music on the square.
Southern Winds has a two car garage
Southern Winds is located in the village of Virginia Trace. The beautiful pool and rec
-center are just a few blocks away. Return from your swim and throw steaks on the gas grill.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and 2 walk in closets. The spacious on-suite has dual vanities and a walk-in shower.
The open floor plan is spacious and cozy. The large kitchen has a breakfast nook where you can plan the day's activities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, kitchen linens, spices, and coffee maker.
The living room has plenty of seating with a large color television and attached lanai. Basic cable included. TV addicts can bring a fire stick.
