This lovely two bedroom 1 bathroom cottage puts you in Savannah’s beautiful Historic District.

Park your car or cars in your two dedicated off-street spaces.

Step inside and enjoy the open plan that flows from the living room to the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen leads to the covered outdoor screened-in patio with ceiling fan.

The Primary bedroom has a queen size bed.
The Second bedroom is configured with two twin beds.

PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the full bathroom is THRU the Primary bedroom.

Comfortable and well appointed urban cottage. Beautifully equipped kitchen and bath. Comfortable beds, good towels and sheets. Great WiFi. Free off street parking for up to 2 vehicles.

We only allow 1 dog (please inquire about more than 1 dog)

The cottage was nice , and well furnished, we really enjoyed our stay! The only fault we could find was the lights in the kitchen , and the lack of privacy in the small backyard, also , the bathtub was in need of some caulking around the tub , but all in all , a cute little place , close to downtown, and old Savannah.We would like to come back , and recommend this cottage to friends

This is a charming property located within walking distance of the city center. It is in a quiet location with good parking (a plus in Savannah). The bedrooms are ample, the kitchen and bath fully stocked with every amenity, including a martini shaker and glasses waiting on a tray. Best of all is a screened-in porch that seats four people comfortably. Nice choice for a couple or small family. Worth noting the bathroom is only accessible through the main bedroom. The host was very responsive but the cottage had every thoughtful convenience. Good and comfortable choice for a visit to Savannah.
