This serene, green oasis tucked into the hills of Tesuque off a private road combines rustic luxury and tranquility.
Beautiful gardens welcome you into the compound, your shoulders drop, and you breathe easier. Enjoy uninterrupted views across the desert to the Jemez Mountains including spectacular sunsets from the living room, the deck or the hot tub. Sip your morning coffee from the studio while watching the sun rise over the Sangre de Christos. Or amble out to the hilltop bench and take in 360 degrees of beauty
at once. Cozy, beautifully curated spaces indoors and out invite conversation, yet there is plenty of room for quiet solitude. Delightful New Mexican architectural touches such as curving archways and vigas abound. The compound includes a main house with two bedrooms and a studio with pull-out couch and sauna, as well as a guesthouse with seating area, small kitchen and en-suite bath. Just right for extended family stays or group weekends.
The main house includes a main gathering space with kitchen, living and dining (table seats 10) as well as a comfortable den with more seating, large television and wall of windows looking into the garden. Outside, the south portal features gracious seating under a sunshade for sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings. On the north side, more seating allows for views of the Jemez Mountains, the beautiful gardens with abundant hummingbirds, as well as a generous grill. Upstairs, the deck includes a perfectly- positioned hot tub and seating for sunsets as well as access to the studio.
