The manager checking us in was so professional and helpful. The owner was very responsive; when, we needed to reset Internet. Great place, love the pool and being on the ocean. Water is the most beautiful blue.

The location is great, the beach is amazing. A Quick Uber ride can transport you to other areas if needed. Restaurants on site were amazing. We had a yummy great dining experience at Sea & Stones. Only when you are in the rooms can you tell the building is a little aged. You notice this is the painting and attempts to fix grout work over the years. How much time do you spend in your room in Cancun anyway?? It was clean but aged.

The hotel was older and the pool area was nice but the room was old and not the best kept. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock, there was no curtain or door to the shower so water hot on the floor, and the shower head was very dirty. The whole room wasn’t bad it was just old to the point where it couldn’t be clean unless some of it was re done. And there were small ants by the fridge.

This is a great little room. The service was great and the staff super friendly. The owner and manager are great at communicating and making sure everyone is happy. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to family and friends.
