We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. There was a wonderful packet of information which helped for our dining locations - thank you. Plenty of games to play and comfortable areas to relax and chat. I would recommend keeping the Propane for the Fire Pit full and not rely on guests to fill tank if needed. Also, if you include in your packet some things to do, both seasonal and annual.

There is so much going on in the growing and changing city of Monroe! Being close to everything going on makes a visit to Monroe so convenient and enjoyable!

What makes this property unique

Bringing an old farm house into the 21st century while keeping the charm was our goal for Downtown retreat! City life is great but having the ability to come home and retreat from it all and enjoy privacy is absolutely necessary - and we think we nailed it!
