High End New Build, Rooftop Hot Tub, City Views!

Arrive at our beautifully JUST built house in the heart of the Short North!

Snuggle up on the designer couches, flip on the fireplace or prep a meal for your family and friends in the gorgeous, spacious kitchen!

We have an amazing dining room with comfortable seating for the whole crew! Relax on the 15 foot couch in the basement for game or movie night!

With room to sleep 16, 3.5 designer inspired bathrooms-booking this house is a no brainer.

We are local and always available via Airbnb chat!

We offer a large enclosed 2 car garage, with Tesla charger free to guests. The driveway behind the house will fit 2 large SUVs as well. On street parking is limited, please be sure to read all signage and private parking signs around the house.

We enforce a “quiet hours” to respect neighbors- including the music and hot tub area. The times will be listed in the house manual, and are reasonable.
Absolutely no parties, or guests not included within the Airbnb booking.
