Just 5 min from I-10 This private luxury studio farm stay is ideal for a quiet overnight stay or a short getaway. Comfortable plush bedding for a great nights’ sleep. Enjoy easy self checkin, a coffee bar, and catch a sunrise from the patio as Wagyu cattle wonder by. Near beaches, shopping, OWA, and just 10 min from Buc-ee’s. Booking guests must be 25+. No children under 12 . Quiet stays only. This thoughtfully designed studio guest house features: granite countertops, full coffee bar: full size fridge with ice maker: full size washer and dryer: comfortable living area with Ashley recliner, crystal electric fireplace: dedicated large kitchen table for work space and dining: fast WIFI: bathroom features porcelain tiled shower, Carrara marble vanity, anti-fog mirror, and plush bathrobes. Meadow Run studio is located near the owners home but not attached. It has its own private entrance and driveway. The owners live on the property if needed.

I was raised in this area and I love working with cows. We have a small herd of Wagyu cattle and we grow & sale hay.
Why they chose this property
We are in a quiet neighborhood located on a dead end street. I like it because it’s in the country but also a neighborhood. It’s a luxury studio near the owners carport with its own private drive and entrance.
What makes this property unique
Meadow Run is located on a working cattle farm. The studio was designed for short or long term stays. The bathroom has porcelain tiled shower and floor, heated anti-fog vanity mirror & bath robes. It has a full kitchen, granite counters, coffee bar, dishwasher, oven/stove & full sized washer/dryer and a patio overlooking the barnyard. Guests may feed the cows treats next to the silver gate from the patio.
