The townhome was very clean and super nice since it does seem like a new build. We stayed 2 nights for a quick trip for a funeral. The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were super comfy. Unfortunately, we couldn't utilize the back porch sitting area since it rained the whole time we were there. The kitchen had a little box of snacks and coffee pods! Only thing that didn't work was the fan in the guest room to the far left and the lamp on the end table in that room. Also, walls are thin and can hear everything even when guests are downstairs. I personally didn't hear the next door townhome but my family members said they did. So that's really the only downfall if you don't want neighbors right on top of you but it didn't bother us much since it was quick trip. Everything else was great and neighborhood was very nice since it was situated right on a golf course with very beautiful homes nearby. Close to the main part of London as well.
