The pool heater is included in the price for 8 hours. If the guest requests extra hours, a $100 fee will be applied each day.

Home is very clean and the outdoor area is very nice to relax. The host was kind. There is no flexibility when it comes to anyone visiting you at the home. I understand the concern with young adults renting these days but we a family and didn't let my 73 year old in law in the home because we wanted to respect the rules - it's just hard when you are visiting family and they want to swing by to see the grandkids and cousin. Again, no complaints about the house itself.
