The bedrooms on the main floor feature 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, the lower level has an additional bedroom with a queen bed ensuring a wonderful night's sleep for all guests. With 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, getting ready for the day is a breeze. The 2 living rooms offers additional space for upstairs and downstairs activities. The lower-level living room has an additional twin bed for extra sleeping. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.

Pete was a fantastic host! Quick to respond and very accommodating and attentive. The condo is absolutely beautiful with fantastic decor; beachy but very classy. We stayed for Christmas for a week and Pete decorated with a lit tree and subtle Christmas decor. We also arrived to a fantastic welcome basket as we were the first guests. The back patio overlooking the water is wonderful and we would spend so much time laughing watching the fish jump like crazy. Perfect for fishing, even though we didn’t. The pool was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. This was truly a home away from home. Comfortable beds and nicely spaced bedrooms for privacy, with each having its own bathroom. Highly recommend. Walk down the bayside for a fabulous sunrise, you won’t regret. This condo has everything you need for a great stay at the beach. We much appreciated the wagon with chairs and umbrella and beach games.

I am originally from Michigan and now call Florida home. I love being able to walk to the beach and enjoy a sunrise or sunset as often as possible.

Why they chose this property

Sunbow Bay was the perfect location being so close to the beach, close to the grocery store and restaurants. Also, easy access on and off the Manatee Bridge.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in its proximity to everything. Parking is never and issue. almost 2600 square feet of living space, outdoor living and water view, directly across from a beautiful pool, and it is completely redone with comfort and gatherings as its focus!
