Why they chose this property
This is an absolutely wonderful neighborhood. Everyone is very private and takes really good care of their yards and homes. I’m on a corner lot and if you walk two blocks away from the house, you were right on the riverfront.
What makes this property unique
There are beautiful trees that completely surround the house. It’s at 1920s arts and craft home and has all the special details of an old house. Beautiful woodwork everywhere.
The backyard has a large patio area and sunlight does warm the backyard half the day. There’s thousands of beautiful lights & flowers to enjoy.
The house is so close to everything and it just has a warm cozy feeling. Whether you’re getting away for a man getaway or a trip out of town for work, the treehouse will definitely make you feel warm and welcomed.
