Inner Harbor Retreat is a glorious contemporary home in a private and scenic setting. The home has hardwood flooring, a water view deck system, many wonderful windows welcoming the sights of the cove into the home and skylights making the space extra light filled. Inner Harbor Retreat is great for multi generational lodging and provides a space that is large enough to accommodate a group of ten adults and three children.

Inner Harbor Retreat is a four bedroom, four bathroom house at the end of Oceanville Road in Stonington. Enjoy being off the beaten path in this gorgeous oceanfront home which has a great common space where the dining, kitchen and living area meet. The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped for any chef or baker. The living room area has a granite fireplace, a full sized couch and many built-in seats along the waterside windows. The living room has a 32 inch flat screen TV with DirectTV satellite service in place and has recently been upgraded to high speed fiber optic internet. From the common area, guests can enter a Great Room where they’ll enjoy water views, a dining nook and many comfortable lounging chairs to enjoy your coffee, wine or a good book.

The home has two first floor bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, spacious closet and views of the cove. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a desk with ocean views and a very nice ensuite bathroom with glass surround shower and beautiful tile work. The first floor of the home also has a second full bathroom with tub and shower combo and a separate laundry area. The second floor of the main house has a master bedroom suite with a king size bed, a closet, dresser and a wonderful ensuite bathroom with a three quarter shower stall and a jacuzzi tub.

From the laundry room there is a covered glass breezeway which brings you over to more sleeping accommodations on the second floor (above the garage, which is not available to tenants and only used for home maintenance tools). This private quarters has three twin beds, children books and other literature, a dresser and a closet. There is also a three quarter bathroom on the first floor before going up to the sleeping quarters.

Inner Harbor Retreat has wonderful grounds with an enclosed garden area full of lush flowers, green grass and comfortable benched seating throughout the space. The water side of the home enjoys a wrap around deck/patio system with a built in grill and an outdoor dining table. The home has multiple ocean access spots and would be great for launching a kayak, beach combing or just watching the tides come and go.
