Welcome to the beautiful white sand beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast! Enjoy your stay in the brand new, beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo that easily sleeps 8! Our 19th floor corner unit is unique in the fact that have Large open floor plans offer visitors room to spread out and the huge balcony invites you to take in the unbelievable views. This unit is doesn't have a beach view.

This unit features flat screen televisions in each room and a large LCD in the living room. A wet bar with ice maker and a large kitchen makes entertaining a dream.

When you are ready to leave the unit, right downstairs you can enjoy the huge indoor pool, sauna or fitness room. And right outside, this complex features the only lazy river on the beach along with water slides and another large pool for guests of all ages to enjoy. If you are so inclined, walk directly onto one of the most beautiful, white sand beaches in the world!

This unit is a non-smoking unit. All renters must be 25 years of age to rent and there are no pets allowed. We have offered three telephone numbers to make it easy for you to make your vacation reservations. Please call. Okay, I do not want to be the one who complains. But if I had known some things I would not have stayed here. The elevators are a nightmare especially for the elderly. I asked the owner repeatedly questions about the windows in the queen room. He never responded. The reason? They face the elevators and you hear everything from there. They furnished 1 kitchen towel 2 would have been perfect. No dish detergent only I dishwasher pod. Left over water bottles under the beds in one of the queen rooms. Balcony was lovely!!

After the first two days, the AC stopped working. The unit never got below 76F and reached as high as 81.5F. I mentioned a couple times to the host about the heat ( and sent pictures of the thermostat) and when they got back to us all they said was the AC guy said that the AC was not broken. We woke up sweating every single morning and slept horribly. (Mind you the building was 10 degrees cooler than our room)-The mattress toppers were stained, and the towels left out for our use had disgusting brown stains on them.- we were told parking pass were 27.75. However, due to a "mistake" by the rental company they were actually 60.-The lack of cleanliness, the parking fees error, and the management's refusal to acknowledge a broken AC made our stay a little underwhelming and extra hot. We ended up cutting our trip short due to the inconveniences.

Loved the adult pool and sun deck. Also used the pickle ball courts, grill area and lazy river. The beach access is right there also. We would definitely go back.

This condo complex is the best we have stayed at so far. The availability of an indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, splash pad, and toddler playground were awesome. Security personnel were seen occasionally through the day.

We love love this property and all the amenities! We actually loved staying on the non beach side of the complex and the sunsets were gorgeous! Some items in the unit were not working, but owners were great to work with and quick to reply to issues. Family room furniture it a bit torn up and could use some replacing…. But the couch is super comfy! Would stay here again!!

This is a beautiful condo in a great facility ! Plenty of room for a large group with very nice furnishings/amenities - all the comforts of home! Great place!

Beautiful room and view ! The only issue we came across were the elevators- especially check in . Otherwise it was a great trip ! Will definitely come back - probably when it’s less hot out and less busy ! Maybe fall!

Wonderful Stay and Vacation

The facility is very nice. The pools and the lazy river were great. Most of the hot tubs had issues and the elevators had extended wait times, but these problems were no fault of the condo owner. The Condo was beautiful and roomy. I love how 2 of the bedrooms were equipped with 2 Queen beds in each. There were plenty of bathrooms. The balcony had a stunning view of the bay and green luscious landscape. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay again in the future.

GREAT STAY!

My family and I came to stay for a week and had a wonderful stay. We had an 11 month old with us who is very mobile and we didn’t have to worry too much about him getting into anything because for the most part the furniture and decorations were baby proof. The condo had wonderful amenities and was nicer than the pictures could have portrayed. We noticed something was messed up upon arrival and the maintenance person Joe came out quickly to fix it. Overall we could not be happier with our experience and will definitely be back next year.
