House was perfect for our daughter and puppy while we were in France for two weeks! Landie was always, always responsive and helpful in all questions. There was the biggest snowstorm probably in Beaufort’s history and Landie was willing to assist our daughter when needed! Outstanding!!

Everything about our stay at Pollock cottage was top notch. The house was spotless, and stocked with what we needed-no need to run to the store for household staples. There were even some extra treats. Everything in the house was clearly labeled and there was a guest book which suggested restaurants and local activities. Dog friendly? For sure. We brought our Australian Shepherd. There were crates, a fenced yard, and clean up supplies. Best of all it did not have a dog odor. I wondered about that when we booked. Our host, Landie, was welcoming, answered questions before our trip and messaged us to make sure we arrived safely. She said she was available to answer any question or concerns if needed. Very friendly. Lastly, the cottage is adorable, a quick walk into town and a short drive to the beach. And the screened in porch was our favorite for reading, cocktails, and a late lunch. My husband and I can’t recommend this property enough and hope to return next year. Great choice for your trip to Beaufort. Susan and Pat Carney
