You will have access to the entire main floor of the house and outdoor spaces. There is a separate basement apartment underneath the main floor, but it is currently only used for storage.

I live close by and am available to help with anything you need, but I am always respectful of your privacy.

I love the Locust Grove neighborhood for many reasons. It`s in a fabulous central location in Charlottesville, close to downtown but also easy to get to the Rt. 29 corridor. I love the quiet residential streets. And this neighborhood is blessed with beautiful natural amenities surrounding it -- parks, walking trails, rivers and creeks are yours to explore!

Parking and driving is easy from the house. It`s less half a mile from a bus stop, so public transit is easy to reach as well. There`s lots of fun places to walk, and plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in town as well!

Please note for reservations booked and paid for through VRBO, a $500 temporary hold will be placed on the credit card on file prior to checkout in place of a traditional security deposit.

This is not a charge—it is simply a temporary authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 4 days after your departure, provided no damages or issues are reported.

If anything is identified after your stay that may require using a portion of the hold, we will contact you directly before any charges are processed.
