Apartment for the rest, very quiet and overlooking

Apartment very advisable to rest. It is located a few kilometers from all sites who wants one visit of the island of Menorca (Mahon and Ciudadela ) .  I like that since the apartment was so close to the beach , a 5 minute walk ( down the street from behind ) and that this in front of the pool. The apartment is fully equipped for my vacation (washing machine, TV , hob, electric stoves , ceiling fans , DVD , toaster , coffee maker melita ....) me and my husband , we do not lack anything like From the terrace, which has direct access to the pool , I went down every morning to give me the first bath. The best thing is the spectacular view of the coast and can be seen to the lighthouse and around the sea. The sunrises are a blast from the terrace. The owner is an attentive and provides you all the information you ask. With the information that I facilitated easily get from the airport to the apartment. The cleaning , which to me is an important aspect , it was nice. The first day , upon entering the apartment, you leave a set of sheets and towels that you use during your stay . A highly recommended apartment for my family and my friends

nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour à Minorque. l'appartement est très bien situé, l'environnement est calme et très agréable avec la piscine. dans l'appartement, tout est pensé pour le bien être du vacancier. l'accueil de Francisco est très chaleureux et bienveillant. Les indications données sont précieuses et nous guident. Un grand merci !

Super vacances à Minorque

L’appartement dispose d’une vue sur la mer qui est superbe Il y a tout le confort pour y passer de bonnes vacances et la piscine est super agréable. Nous avons beaucoup visité mais sommes peu aller à la plage car à proximité elles étaient surpeuplées, mais les activités aquatiques comme le kayak permet de découvrir des petites criques. Je recommande aussi car Franck bien qu’absent de l’île est un excellent hôte et très disponible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Franck. Le quartier est très calme, résidentiel. Un vrai havre de paix. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, il offre une vue magnifique ! Franck est tres arrangeant et répond rapidement aux messages. N'hésitez pas, allez y les yeux fermés

Nice complex

The property has everything you need for a self catering stay. Location of the apartment is excellent with a fabulous view and the shared pool right outside your door. Small complex of a fee apartments and pool very quiet. Location is approx a 15 to 20 min walk from a few restaurants and bars located in Arrundel de Costell. Plenty of buses to visit other places and Mahon, only downside the last bus back is 19.45.

Well equipped

The property was extremely well equipped and smart. We are experienced Vrbo clients and we’re impressed with Franks helpful attitude to our check out time. However, please make sure future clients realise that there are no available sunbeds to use at the beautiful peaceful pool. This led to an unpleasant altercation with a Spanish resident and could have been avoided with a heads up Also, this was the very first time we have arrived at a property (after very stressful and prolonged journey) to find a totally empty fridge. Even a bottle of water would have been much appreciated Most hosts provide a small welcome pack. A very smart property though, and overall reasonable value for money.

Great view from the apartment

We had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Although small, it had all our basic needs. It was a short walk to the supermarket and the nearest part of the beach which was wonderful, with crystal clear water. The view from the patio was amazing as you could see the nearby towns and sea as well. It was a short stroll through the shrub to Na Macaret, which was a buzzing little town. We would consider staying again.

Bellissima settimana!!

Ho trascorso la settimana dal 7/8 al 14/8 in questa struttura con la mia ragazza. Ottima accoglienza e grande disponibilità da parte di Oscar che ci ha atteso fuori l'appartamento al nostro arrivo per mostrarci casa. Meraviglioso il panorama dalla terrazza! La casa è vicinissima alla spiaggia di zona. Consigliatissimo!!!

Molto piacevole

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare a casa di Frank e Tony nella prima settimana di agosto. L'abitazione è esattamente come in foto, l'interno pulito e ben curato è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata la piacevole vista mare della veranda che con la porta finestre aperta poteva essere ammirata anche da dietro il piano cucina. L'appartamento è situato in un complesso residenziale molto curato e la piscina, situata proprio sotto la nostra veranda, veniva pulita tutte le mattine. La zona è molto tranquilla e con l'auto a disposizione si può girare tutta l'isola. Ringrazio Frank e Tony per la loro gentilezza e Oscar, che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo, sempre cortese e disponibile per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Spero di tornare...l'isola è stata una meravigliosa sorpresa. Ilenia

Maravilloso

Estuve dos semanas con mi pareja. El apartamento es como sale en las fotos. Esta todo nuevo, es muy bonito,comodo y tiene una terraza grande con unas vistas maravillosas. También hay jardines y piscina para niños y adultos. El complejo es muy tranquilo, aunque la cala de aguas cristalinas está cerca. También los super, bares y restaurantes. Sin duda volveré a este estupendo apartamento.

Tutto perfetto e in accordo con quanto dichiarato

Una vacanza tranquilla e in perfetto accordo con quanto dichiarato. Accoglienza e assistenza puntuale. Consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che amano la tranquillità e il mare di optare pewr questa sistemazione. L'auto o uno scooter sono indispensabili per gli spostamenti e per girare l'isola ma si trovano praticamente ovunque. Io l'ho ritirata direttamente in aeroporto e in 15 minuti ho raggiunto l'abitazione. Sicuramente da ripetere.

El apartamento esta completo y es magnifico. Las vistas impresionantes con el mar y el faro al fondo. Tiene de todo lo necesario para pasar una buena temporada. Supermercado a menos de 10 minutos andando, con restaurantes. Sitio para aparcar sin problemas. Nuestra estancia fue de 7 dias. Si buscas un sitio tranquilo y apartado del ajetreo de los pueblos, este es tu lugar. ************************************* ¿Era la descripción del anuncio precisa con respecto a la ubicación, la distribución, los servicios, etcétera? - Si, cumple lo que dice el anunacio ¿Estaba la propiedad limpia y en buen estado? - Si. Todo limpio y cuidado (menos el cuadro del salon que esta torcido y soy muy maniatico g g g) ¿Has recibido un buen servicio por parte del propietario? - De la persona encargada un buen trato. Agradable y respondio inmediatamente cuando tuvimos un problema (no sabiamos hacer funcionar la vitro) ¿Recomendarías la propiedad a un amigo o familiar? - Sin dudarlo. Volveria yo mismo. ¿Qué actividades, lugares de interés y restaurantes cercanos te gustaron o no te gustaron? - Es una isla donde hay que moverse a ver las calas, asi que de lo que hay cercano... es lo de menos.

La casa è perfetta, confortevole e pulita

E' il secondo anno che siamo ospiti di Frank nella sua casa. La casa è in un bel contesto, pulita e curata. Il panorama dalla veranda è unico. La zona è tranquilla ed è vicina a tutti i servizi necessari ad una vacanza confortevole. Frank, il proprietario, è disponibile e cordiale.....siamo contenti di averlo trovato! BELLISSIMA LA CASETTA DI FRANK!

La casa è pulita, confortevole e in ottima posizione. E' il secondo anno che ad agosto siamo ospiti di Frank, la casa è pulita e ha tutti i requisiti per una vacanza tranquilla. La vista è mozzafiato! Inoltre è vicina a tutti i servizi che servono in vacanza, bar, ristoranti, supermercato e naturalmente ad una bellissima spiaggia. Frank è un padrone di casa disponibile e gentile siamo contenti di averlo trovato! Grazie a Frank e Sole! PS: ci vediamo l'anno prossimo!

Endroit Paisible et Magnifique

Je suis venu avec mon ami pendant une semaine. L'endroit est très paisible. La piscine, les appartements, la vue, tout pour passer de bonnes vacances et au calme. La plage est à 15 petites minutes à pieds, très fréquentée mais très belle. Le reste de l'île est magnifique. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet appartement qui nous manque déjà. Merci au propriétaire qui répond très rapidement aux mails. Nous gardons cette adresse pour peut-être une autre fois à Minorque.

lovely place but shame about the ants

we stayed in these apartments with our 9 year old daughter for 1 week we went self catering to save money the place was beautiful & stunning & our first impression was wow but unfortunately we found that there wasnt a kettle for a brew so we had to keep boiling a pan of water,there wasnt a grill or toaster or even an oven so we had to eat out alot as we were limited to what we could cook which cost us alot more money ,also the ants were all over the kitchen worktops ,even in the bath ,one night when we came in the worktops in the kitchen were swarmed with ants my little girl was upset as she had to sleep in that room so we covered them in bleach spray out of cupboard which then resulted in my partners new shirt getting bleach all down it so it had to be binned .the place itself was beautiful we will return but not to these apartments

Gute Erholung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Appartement, die wesentlichen Angaben aus dem Inserat trafen zu. Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist sehr gut: Man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht bis zum Leuchtturm und es ist ruhig und erholsam auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Der Pool war sehr sauber. In den Ort sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 min, dort gibt es einen wunderbaren Badestrand und viele Restaurants. In Mahón ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr viel Mühe gemacht schon vorher per e-mail mit uns in Kontakt zu treten, er war sehr freundlich. Wir haben allerdings auf spanisch geschrieben, da das Übersetzungsprogramm für deutsch sehr lustig, aber etwas verwirrend war... Wir würden dieses Appartement weiterempfehlen. Ein kleines Problem gab es mit dem Fernseher, es gelang uns nicht die deutschen Kanäle aufzurufen, trotz Erklärung.

SITIO TRANQUILO Y BIEN COMUNICADO

Acabamos de volver de estar 8 días en este apartamento. Deciros a los que estés interesados que, está muy bien comunicado y tiene fácil acceso al resto de puntos de la Isla, tiene unas vistas magníficas y,es muy tranquilo. Un sitio ideal para descansar y desconectar del mundanal ruido. Gracias Francisco, por tu seriedad en la gestión del alquiler y por preocuparte, es un detalle a tener en cuenta, lo recomendaremos para el futuro. Andrés
