We do want to address your concerns openly and honestly, as we always strive to provide the best experience possible for every guest. We do want to clarify that when our maintenance team came out right away to assess the situation, they thoroughly checked the room and were unable to find any issues with the cooling. We also had someone come out who is very versed in HVAC systems come out to inspect, and they confirmed that everything was looking fine and functioning properly. We are also happy to report that we have had no cooling issues in that room before or after your stay. We also want to address the fan reimbursement. We would have absolutely been happy to reimburse you for the fan; however, we do want to note that the fan was taken home with you at the end of your stay. We always want to be fair and transparent with our guests, and we hope you understand that this made the reimbursement process a bit difficult on our end.
