Highly recommend this place! Beautiful house on the water, so peaceful! The house is clean and spacious. If we ran into any issues, it was easy communicate with the owner and there was always a quick response. (Issues that we ran into were minimal). About 25-30 mins to Anna Maria Island, there are grocery stores close by. The kitchen is stocked with basic appliances.

This house was perfect for my family of 6. Peter was very attentive & quick to respond to our questions. The privacy & location were perfect. This is the first time we have not stayed directly on the beach. The one thing I think that was missing is having beach chairs available for use when tenants want to go to the beach.Overall a great experience!

An elevator was an advertised feature which was one reason for choosing this property.The elevator was out of order so of no use for many trips up steps with luggage.No directions for use of the TV and were never able to watch as could not get netflix or amazon prime to work. Better availabilty for service. Families with children would bot be happy. Kitchens and baths updated and nice. Gate entry was a nice safety feature.
