Oceanfront Pet Friendly 3 BR Condo

Our luxurious condominium is located in beautiful Crescent Beach and offers the enjoyment of an oceanfront vacation with all of the comforts and amenities of home. This condo was renovated in 2013 and offers Italian leather furnishings, four flat screen HD TV’s, custom showers and cabinetry, granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. In addition to the gorgeous décor, the living room offers a beautiful ocean view and a 55” LED TV. The master bedroom has an ocean view with balcony access, a king bed and a 46” plasma TV. The first guest bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed and the second guest bedroom sleeps 4 with bunk beds and a full bed.
We understand your pet is part of your family and well trained dogs under 35 lbs are welcome.
The property of Crescent Dunes consists of several outdoor delights available for your enjoyment including an oceanfront outdoor pool, sun deck, grilling area, onsite parking, and a beautiful sandy beach.
Crescent Dunes is conveniently located near Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, dozens of championship golf courses, restaurants, and a host of attractions for your enjoyment.

Spring Break/ Birthday Vacation

As always, we had such a wonderful time at the beach and enjoyed the condo. I believe makes our 4-5 time coming and it has never disappointed. It is always so clean and just overall an enjoyable place to relax.

Fabulous Beach Stay (Warm & Cozy During Cold Front)

Our hosts and their condo were fabulous. The unit has everything a couple needs to enjoy time at one of the most peaceful and beautiful beaches in North Myrtle (Crescent Beach): comfortable beds, nice furniture for sitting and dining (or playing games or working on puzzles), and a handy set of dishes and cooking utensils. Overall, it was a perfect setup for a couple of beach hermits.

Restful and relaxing visit!

We enjoyed our stay and had fun on our beach walks with our small dog. The condo was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the balcony with the tall chairs while watching the gorgeous ocean waves. The kitchen was very well stocked with lovely kitchen cabinets too. We look forward to a return visit.

We have stayed in this condo before. It was not as clean as the first time we stayed. It is very pretty and the beach is lovely. If you stay during cooler months be prepared to wear shoes at all times, the floor is freezing!

Vacation well spent!

We had a great experience, everything was fully stocked and ready to use! However, the back door was not sliding/working properly and was a struggle to open and close but that seems like an easy fix. Overall, great rental, great area, and very convenient!

NMB stay with pets

The condo was clean, and furniture was comfortable... everything was fabulous. Our family just kept saying isn't this nice, the whole time. All 3 bedrooms have door walls and 2 have ocean views. It was lovely to be so close to the ocean. Location is close to everything restaurants, putt putt, golf, shopping, entertainment... The owner was great at communication. Highly recommend.

Great place. Nice and clean. We enjoyed the beach and a great place for our dog. Quite disappointed that a lot of people didn’t pick up after their animals. Great location!!!! Our only issue is the big palm tree is in the way of the view of the beach.

We had a wonderful time! The owners were prompt to answer a quick question we had upon arrival. The condo was so clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything and more. It was a treat to have towels and linens that were great without paying additional or bringing your own. Beautifully decorated, clean (again!), and perfect for our family. The balcony is our favorite place to take a break from the sun and watch afternoon storms. We have no complaints and hope to stay again next year. Thanks so much for having us!!

Excellent stay at Crescent Beach

Our Family had an overall wonderful trip, great unit! We had a few issues: we weren't allowed in the room until 4, we accidentally got locked out on the balcony, and the ice maker in the freezer wasn't working. Not being allowed into the condo until 4 pm was a factor that we had a dog with us and didn't want to waste a possible day at the beach. If we were allowed in after the cleaning crew was done, we would have had a more enjoyable first day where we didn't have to worry about having our dog stuck in the heat. With the balcony issue, if the door was set in the locked position when open and then closed it would lock, should only be able to lock the door when it is closed. Other than those issues, we had a great time. The condo was convenient, well decorated with beautiful views of the beach. We would definitely would rent again!
