All new electrical, plumbing, a/c and heat, flooring, etc. We have created a wonderful vacation home for enjoying Lake George. Located on 4 wooded acres and 1700 feet of shoreline on Green Island on Lake George. Green Island is home to The Sagamore Resort - walk to their restaurants or into the town of Bolton Landing. In addition to luxurious, yet comfortable accommodations, the property has two docks, one is perfect for swimming or sitting and looking at the spectacular views.

Designed with families in mind, the house has seven bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths. There are 3 master suites in the home. The first floor master suite has a queen size bed and bathroom with slate floors and countertops. There is a second bedroom nearby which has a bathtub/shower. On the other side of the first floor is a large bunk room with 6 twin size beds, a large walk-in closet, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two master suites with queen-size beds and adjoining sitting rooms. They both have en suite bathrooms with double sinks and showers. The large kitchen has two refrigerators/freezers, a gas cooktop, and a large dining table perfect for family meals. The oversized family room is a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the view of the lake or watching TV.

Outdoors there is an outside deck that has a gas grill and a large picnic table which is great for outdoor dining.
The swim dock has Adirondack chairs for lounging and taking in the breathtaking views.

We include a dock slip that can accommodate a boat up to 40 feet.
