We came for a quick weekend jaunt for the Brimfield flea market and this house did not disappoint! Cheryl was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. House was immaculately clean and well stocked with anything that we would need. 10/10, would absolutely stay here again!

Great family friendly little spot, quiet and tucked away backing up against the woods. Our children enjoyed the bunk bed room, with fun toys to play with and we enjoyed the porch off the other bedroom. The fire pit looked great too!

This place was pleasant very clean hosts communicated very often only thing I’d say is the description says it sleeps 6 but if you counting adults I’d say it sleeps 5 if you have children then yes 4 kids and 2 adults would sleep here comfortably outside area is nice all around great place

Quaint and comfortable with an ample size yard. The house was clean and had all the necessities. Appropriately priced. Any qualms were we had were minimal for our one night stay. Definitely family friendly. I forgot a cross necklace and medicine and the hists said they will mail them to me. Im waiting, but I have faith.

The Little House Inn was the perfect place to stay while visiting the Ware/Palmer area!The house is tucked away on a quiet road and is beautifully landscaped. The house was clean and very homey. We were even greeted with fresh muffins on the table, and milk and orange juice in the refrigerator. There was also some fun snacks and candy to snack on. If we ever visit this area of MA again, we will definitely stay here!!

Magical space full of little surprises ! I don't know if my 6'6" brother would be comfortable here but for me it was delightful and pretty soon I knew I didn't want to leave and go home. I had lucked out with two lovely days where I could make use of the surprisingly comfy hammock for two (!), the lovely little porch facing the woods and giving some great sideways views from its 2nd floor perch. The best part was the feeling I had no idea where I was, except time seemed to slow down such that I fell into a total state of relaxation...so strong that I had to rouse myself for the one outing I did make to try out the local Mexican restaurant in downtown Ware ( excellent ! ). The hostess Cheryl and I bonded while she helpfully showed me how to get my Verizon android cellphone working in that neck of the woods. Comfy bed, great kitchen stove, excellent shower/bath. Some fun adult games lying around also ! Very cute kids room. All I can say is....when can I move in ?

Lovely little home. Perfect for a couple. Bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs. Being in my late 70’s made it a little challenging to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I was a little surprised there was no tv. I used my phone to watch Netflix at night.

Check-in was clear and easy. The rooms were cozy and everything was clean. I did overlook there being no TV in the listing, but that’s on me. Just something to be sure to note if you’re someone that needs that amenity. The lower bunk is on the floor, so everyone that sleeps in that room needs to be fully able bodied to use either bunk. Also something I apparently glazed over when browsing lol Shower having supplies was a nice surprise and the selection of coffee/tea was great. It snowed while we were there and the host shoveled/salted the walk right away. That was nice too. Property is close enough to a Walmart to be convenient.

Great place to unwind for the weekend. There are a lot of great nature sites nearby. We were up for the weekend to support our daughter in a race and this house was perfect. The upstairs deck was a great bonus! It did rain a bit so we did not get to use the outdoor grill, games or firepit but they seem like a great addition to the property

This is a cute little barn style cabin perfect for a weekend vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with things you might need, the host even provides milk, orange juice, and muffins. There is a nice hammock, fire pit, and deck. From the deck you can see fireflies lighting up the yard and woods surrounding the property. We were able to see a porcupine during our visit and got lucky enough to be there when it shook out its quills, it sounded like it was playing a maraca. It backs up to a heavily wooded area and feels very private. It is only 10 minutes away from a grocery store but the rural setting would lead you to believe you are the only people for miles.
