We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless, bed was very comfortable and place was stocked with everything we needed. The owners obviously take pride in the upkeep of the property. The communication with the host was excellent and check in was easy. Pool and surrounding area were well maintained. We will look forward to staying here again!

The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private balcony with the view of the ocean and pool. It felt roomy and was quiet most of the time (a low murmer of voices could occasionally be heard through the shared room walls). Great bathrooms and such a beautiful beach. The owner/manager communicated everything well. All around a great choice for a place to stay near St. Augustine.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Summerhouse! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect, and we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived.What really stood out, though, were the hosts. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, proactive, and kept us informed every step of the way. We were even notified in advance about a temporary water outage due to an unexpected plumbing repair on the property, which we greatly appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free beach getaway with hosts who go above and beyond!
