Our place is perfect for vacation/business travel and only two blocks from the express and local A/C trains, putting us about 20 minutes to downtown Manhattan, connecting you to some of NYC's most iconic attractions such as Central Park, the 9/11 Memorial and Time Square to name a few. We're also close to many local BedStuy eateries, shops, and attractions here in Brooklyn, some of which include The Barclay Center, Brooklyn Bridge, and much more!

The dwelling is perfect for two guests and provides a comfortable and stylish living space. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes an optional air mattress, while the living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV that features popular streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube TV for your entertainment needs. Our fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals or store takeout. The space also has fast WiFi and a large desk so you can buckle down and work if needed. The express and local A and C subway station is just a 5-minute walk away, with an express 3 & 4 subway station approximately a 15-minute walk away. In addition, we have 5 bus lines (B25, B46, B46-SBS, B15, B65) within a 3-to-5-minute walk from our townhouse. By booking our place you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted all rules. Failure to respect our house rules may result in you being asked to leave and / or have money deducted from your security deposit.

A lot of care has been taken to ensure all amenities meet expectations so we kindly ask to please be considerate when using all appliances/facilities. Please take extra care whenever transporting luggage in and out of the apartment on our delicate floors that tend to scratch easily. Kindly remove your shoes when inside the apartment.

Do NOT use towels to remove make-up, wipe up other liquids or for floor or surface clean up, a fee will be charged if there are any stains on the towels (or other linens) that we cannot remove. We provide makeup remover towelettes and paper towels that can be used for make-up removal or cleaning.

Any additional overnight guests must be booked during your initial reservation; otherwise, they are not permitted during your stay.

We kindly ask that loud music or conversations are not extended beyond 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am on weekends.

Absolutely no filming, parties, events, or gatherings of any kind - If this is breached, it will result in immediate eviction.

Visitors are allowed, but there cannot be any more than 5 people in the apartment, including the guests (e.g., if 2 guests reserve the apartment, there can be up to 3 visitors), and the visitors cannot stay overnight, so they must leave by 12am.

Absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed during your stay inside or outside of the apartment (i.e., front stoop or backyard). If you are caught smoking or having pets on the premises, there will be additional cleaning charges, which could also result in your immediate eviction. FYI .. there are smoke monitors installed in the apartment; any tampering with them to hide smoking activities will also result in your immediate eviction.

If utilizing the backyard, we kindly ask that any food be prepared inside the apartment. Using the outdoor grill is not permitted.

Trash and recyclable items (glass, aluminum, plastic containers, and bottles) must be discarded in the appropriate receptacles inside the apartment.

Please alert us if anything (dishes, glasses, etc. ) is broken during your stay. This is so we can replace them in time for our next guest.

Potential for noise - Located in the heart of NYC, you are likely to hear the sounds of a big city that include trains, passing vehicles, occasional sirens, music and people (outside and upstairs)

No parking on property - Street parking is available 24/7. NYC alternate side parking rules will apply Monday-Friday but are suspended on the weekends and some holidays.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $250
