We had a great stay in Syracuse visiting family. The property was neat and clean and well appointed. Great coffee selection!!! Very comfortable for a long weekend get away in Tipp Hill. Enjoyed some local pubs and antique shops. Would stay again when in town.

Unfortunately, communication was non-existent as I tried to message the host 4 separate times with no response. The floor was extremely dusty as well. Benefit was the place was pet-friendly and close to 2 good restaurants.

Excellent little apartment. Clean and exactly as listed. Only feedback would be is I didn’t see anything in the listing about the steep steps that you must use to get to the apt. It was fine for me however others I may have issues. There were many and very steep Would definately stay again

Bed wasn’t made. Looked like someone had just slept in it. Lady came in using the code at 10am that I was not expecting at all. Scared myself and my dog. After realizing I was there she just walked out not saying anything. Not sure why she was there.

Our first time in the area for a 3-night stay. Shortly after our arrival...after toting our suitcases & bags up the steep and narrow staircase, and just after finding that the dirty, mildewy bathtub barely drained, a young lady (one of the apartment tenants who live there) knocked to let us know we had missed where to park our vehicle in the driveway, pointing to the farthest spot. After leaving messages for our host to get a plumber to unclog the drain through Vrbo without any response, she helped us by contacting her landlord, who apparently was our host. A plumber was ordered but wasn't available when we were, so disappointingly the clog remained an issue during our stay. We were glad that it was quiet there at night and that the bed was comfortable. Only the living room and bedroom have window air conditioners; the other areas remained warm. Also, there is a strand of vinyl siding sticking out at the bottom of the stairs; one of us got an arm scratched by it, drawing blood.
