Tucked among graceful birch trees and overlooking the serene waters of Buffalo Lake, this cabin retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and adventure. Whether you're sipping coffee on the deck, paddling across the lake, or curling up by the fire, this space is ideal for families, couples, friends, or solo travelers seeking a peaceful escape.

Buffalo Lake is known for its crystal-clear water, excellent fishing, and plenty of room for boating and swimming. Inside, you will find a warm, cabin feel. Upstairs, a spacious sleeping loft features cozy dormer nooks with three twin beds. Perfect for kids or extra guests. Step outside to enjoy the brand-new oversized deck, perfect for grilling. Gather with loved ones around the waters edge firepit, or simply soaking in the tranquil lake views. Private sandy beach with dock. Kayaks, paddle boat, a large paddle board and a few fishing poles included!

The cabin rests on a peaceful 1.5-acre property on a quiet dead end and hilly gravel road, offering complete seclusion and privacy.

There are quite a few steps leading down to the water, making it a bit of a walk but well worth it for the beautiful lake view at the bottom. Upstairs loft sleeping area is also accessed via staircase, there is no door at the top of the stairs.

As this is a true cabin experience, bugs may find their way in, especially when seeking warmth in the late summer or fall.

We absolutely loved how spacious and comfortable the cabin was. It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the water toys—they were a lot of fun and made our time on the lake even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing time! Place was very clean and exactly how described! Beach area was great, kids loved it and area was very clean as well! Super cute cabin with plenty of room for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again. Host was great and easy to get ahold of if needed. Highly recommend :)

Our cabin sits on 1.5 peaceful acres. It is far enough out to feel completely secluded, yet only 20 minutes from Detroit Lakes with great shops, fun activities and local restaurants. We love the quiet, starry nights, the open space to unwind, and the perfect balance of country serenity and nearby convenience.

Our cabin truly stands out for its rustic charm and one-of-a-kind design. Originally a converted garage, it offers a cozy, creative layout you won’t find anywhere else.
